Hi all, I've had a Cb1r for the past year and put loads of miles on her and loved every one of them, but after my last trip to the Nurburgring the instructor told me that although I was good on corners, the straight line speed of the bike was letting me down. I took this as a huge compliment so decided that I would get a Blade to use for fast dry road riding, and occasional track days whilst keeping the CB as my everyday/touring machine. Picked up a 2009 Repsol Blade on Tuesday this week and have already fallen head over heels. I look forward to gaining advice from all you guys as I find the CB1R forum really helpful for mods and general advice, and I'm sure you'll all be the same.
Welcome mate, excellent choice in bike This forum is very helpful and the people here and well clued up on their bikes, everyone will help with info if they can.
Thanks to all ,for the welcomes, it's great to know I've joined an active site. I have now bought and fitted a yoshi can and new pirrelis just need the sun to keep shining.
