    Nah, Kev. An engineer from the manufacturer came down from Sheffield today. He says it wasn't installed quite right and it's been lunching itself for two years. He had to replace the free bearing and the motor, and adjusted it so it pushes up against the draught excluder for the first time ever.

    How ironic. I was also on a step ladder fixing my roller shutter door on the garage today.......I never bust my arm...or fell off however.:p:D
