Hi looking at fitting a quickshifter to my 07 blade, not used one before I do a few track days so handy but I wanted it more for everyday I get a bit of pain in my wrist / hands on longer rides so handy if nothing else to save changing what's peoples thoughts on the HM super lite it looks relatively straight forward

The lite is not recommended for track work ... you'd be better of with the GP version.

Depends on how many track days you do? Possibly better to go for the plus model if doing a lot of track days

Really can't see why! It's a quick shifter that works just like any others.... 3 settings for sensitivity and just as good as my old Translogic fitted a few years ago at double the price! In fact have riden the new ZX10, S1000RR and the R1 and my HM superlite set-up feels far more positive and better connected than any OE shifter!

It's what HM Racing say themselves. For the occasional track day I'm sure it will be fine but for a regular track use I'd get something with more adjustability. The lite can be a bit harsh at higher rpm's but then I suspect its been designed with road bikes in mind.
