      Hi shuffler i also changed oil i used motul 300v race spec green colour and hi flo filter which helped again. If adjusting manually it adjusts anti clock wise try and get another half turn on it. Keep me posted. Cheers

        Thanks Kevin .It started at the TT last year after doing a lap . Going to get son in law to have a look . He's a race mechanic for Tyco and didn't have time until after Macau ! She been in garage since June . Thanks so much for responding. Will let you know how he gets on

      Hi shuffler, i have spoken to many honda mechanics and they seem to have the same opinion, just leave it as it is, i took out CCT and made sure it was tensioning ok, which it was, then re assembled and also adjusted a bit more manually! Which made a massive difference.
