Cheers, hope so. If its any help I've got some long Allen keys which can be used at an angle, came in handy doing mine but don't know where the blade cctl fits......

Also if you ask around for a cct, its the cctl you're after, I almost bought a set of cam chain tensioners which are the guides. It's the lifter you need

The cam chain tensioner for an 08+ blade is about 90 quid and an hour to fit so about £150 all done

i personally think its that Jardine exhaust that's caused all this problem . them repsol blades just can't handle it like the Black ones ;)

I know what you mean......the engine can't keep up with the extra bhp of the repsol and its but extra strain on the mechanicals. If it was black it would of been alot slower therefore more reliable!

I would avoid them Phil as the immense power they produce, you have made a sensible choice and gone for the HRC or the beginners blade as I call it (one step up from stabelisers) ;)

Oops all these people were being nice to me and I pissed em all off now

Haha!! Recon ill be riding like a beginner for a little while so can't argue too much but even a beginner bike goes faster than a broken down one :D

Should have probably waited til after getting things fixed before slating everyone's bike..... ;)
