Well once I have collected the bike and satisfied its not going to need his attention I will sneak up on him and shove him in a box and send him to the highest bidder.
    He must be returned though

On the plus side, you have an hours ride there and back to go for a service. Some of us have to think up worse excuses than that :D

I am a very happy boy Ash :) without Arthur I would never of been able to afford to repair it. Just prices to investigate rattles are stupid money.
Not only did he diagnose the problem very fast, he has repaired it for me at such a good price. As I said before he took the time to show me how to do things, and explained why you do stuff etc so I have be educated too :)

No noticable power gains with the flapper mod but she sure do sound good when its nailed and as for the Pair removal...........it's just a load of the emission gubbins which dont need to be there and takes up room. IMO

lol, yes PAIR or SAS (pulsed air induction system) is only to add air into the exhaust to help burn off un burnt fuel and reduce emissions it as said occupies a large amount of space over the rocker cover etc, the flapper mod is one thing and removing it is another the flapper its self blocks off a large percentage of the air intake so removing it, adding a good filter and exhaust then correcting the fuel/air makes a good improvement in power as proven by dyno runs, I rework the air intake to fully open it and allow for maximum air intake, that truly improves power all over and throttle response too! The more air and fuel you get in and out the more power...simple....
