Ah, nice. That makes a lot of sense. Is it a lot of work to adjust the fuel/air mix? Guessing its to do with ecu maps? How simple is it to remove the pair? And do you need a full system for the exhaust parts to make any change? Planning to ride my new toy for a bit then start playing so building a list of things to do.....any other suggestions?
Lots of guides on .net, google and you tube mate, anything you do will make a change and all the small changes add up, IMO no matter what you change should be mapped with a PC3/PCV you can use the downloaded maps from DynoJet or even have a custom map done on the dyno, my advice is do the free power mods like de-cat, intake, pair/SAS and then get a PC maybe a downloaded map or custom map... it's never ending but worth while and if you go the whole hog then it is well worthy IMO.
Sounds good, will work on getting used to the bike first and go from there Is there much difference between pc3 and pcv?
Im sure if you removed certain parts that need modifying then sent them to Arthur he would work his magic for a small cost

Mate it's easy... And yeah do ride it or you won't know what you've gained.... small changes give small gains but add them up....and boom baby....lol

Don't get Arthur started on mods, the only reason he doesn't have his mods listed in the signature bit like every one else is because there's not enough room!
on the pair mod subject if you leave your bike in for a custom map the operator needs to block or crimp the pair hose or the map is as good as useless.blocking it also stops the popping on the overrun when out for a spirited ride.
But from Durham it's a bit of a ways ! Lol seriously though if I lived near Arthur I'd be using him that's a certainty. I do all my own servicing cars and bikes, but anything big I'd rather let the mechanics do it.
Well just back from Arthur's workshop, the bike is all back together and now even better than before I broke it with a mod here and there etc . The bike took about 15mins to put the pannels on however I must of spent about 4-5 hours there chatting lol. Anyway it was a bit to cold and wet to ride so can't test the mods out yet Oh and met Mr Von Grumble today, really nice bloke

Lol it wasn't until I got home that I realised how long I was there chatting/stopping you working! I really enjoy listening to it mate and some of it actualy manages to stay in there and not get too lost
1 thing I'm to too happy about is I drove all the way home thinking about getting a bloody quick shifter! Lol
Ha Ha, it was a good demo, TAS GSXR1000 with twin Yosh popping big flames at 170mph on the ramp.....lol Who wouldn't want a shifter....pmsl.
