Took my long suffering wife for her first ride on the blade after the little nipper was taking off our hands for an afternoon.
It was fantastic, great weather, great ride and stopped for an iced cider before heading back.
I loved it and the better half loved it too, nice to be adults once in a while.
Bike was bloody good 2 up too (kiddy dont count as he dont weigh feck all)

Did some motocross a few weeks ago at Harthill in Scotland.
First time I had done offroad, and really loved it.
Loved the back end kicking it.
It has helped me with my road riding too I feel.

 

will help you even more with your fitness , you want to get in shape 3 x 20 min sessions of a good mx track and you are destroyed

i have been it most weekends last time out on the superbike riding sepang i didnt even get tired :-}}

 

It was a two and a half hour session.
Was shattered and a little sore after it.
£70 for that session including bike hire. Brilliant.

Am in the middle of packing for the TT.
Bloody struggle so it is.
One tail pack, two panniers, one back pack, and a cargo net strapped onto the tail pack.
Am gonna be like a bloody mule.

Took the bicycles out for a ride found a bank holiday boot sale and put more old tatt for my little lad!

Now im going to drive myself spare by getting some insurance quotes for the Blade, wish me luck...gulp!

 

Took the calipers off and cleaned the pistons. 4/8 were seized Good job I checked them. Also cleaned/lubed the chain, and topped the engine oil up. All clean and ready for heading south to the Nurburgring!!

 

Finally got my leo vince pannel to line up properly with the yoshi exhaust but it was a bit of a job

Went to Devils dyke for an ice cream

 

Mowed the grass. Been a couple of weeks so was a bit of a chore. Took about 3 hours and didn't even get the side garden done. Hate it when the grass is too long/wet as it clogs the collector pipe and I spend ages stopping to clear it out

 

brought this :-} first thing to do was to strip it down so i can grease everything lock tight all the bolts and go over to make sure its right . as there has not been a 2013 model released as yet i may up grade to a full set of 13 plastics and graphics
