I've just actually realised when reading this that I was wrong and only qualify for one, why whenever I drink do I think I'm a teenager!!
Don't run, I was told for my issues no impact sports and try not to fall off the bike. So I swim as of teas I can. Pain killers help but after being active I struggle to get up and move about pain fee so that's when. Need to get the tablets out
Spot on mate that is what my doc said.No running too much impact on the knees. I cycle alot now which is best for your knees for strength.This is what most bike racers use as a form of excercise. Not got to pills yet, it aches but nothing a cold bath won't do.
