    Hi

Just come back from a great ride and discovered that the right sole on my RST Tractech boots is hanging off!

Not sure what's happened here, so what's the recommendation for some new boots?

Best advice I can give is to try some on.

I tried Alpinestars, Dainese and Sidi and couldn't get a pair to fit. I've got hobbit feet and in order to get them to fit into any of these brands I had to go up a size so my toes would have about an inch too much room in front of my toes.

TCX Boots, however, fit my feet like slippers.

My last two pairs have been Daytona Roadstar GTXs. Forst pair 'lasted' 10 years. Second pair have lasted 6 with daily use (so far), but the upper is starting to come away from the sole on the left boot. Going to drop them back to the shop, as they can be returned to Germany and re-fitted.

    Dead comfy too...!

TCX RS2's, once you get rid of the squeak with some shredder oil they're seriously comfy - image.jpg

I bought a pair of Dainese 'Torque RS In', really comfortable boots and quality is excellent. Had a pair of Sidi previous to these and they were average.

As said above...try them on first!
