Got a set of Pirelli super corsa tyres but 200 rear given to me by a customer. Not sure whether to keep them for trackdays or sell them on.If they're not suitable then I will sell them on here or fleabay em.

I'd use them for the track, as it's meant to give you better side grip.

I know DaveV used 1 on the forum track day just last week.
1 thing to take into consideration though I that it uses more room in the swingarm, so check that with the chain set properly the tyre doesn't rub against the front of the swingarm. Dave's did :)

    What Bike is it?

Dave V's bike is an R1 and it only caught the back of the swingarm pivot point because his chain was too short, there was room everywhere else.

I run a 200/60 Pirelli slick on my ZX10 and it fits just fine although it's a slightly higher aspect ratio than the 55 of yours (Check it is a 55 and not a 60) and there aint a lot of room between the side of the tyre and the chain but there's enough.

Just measure the over all diameter of the tyre and the width and compare with the stock 190mm and what clearance you have now, simpleeeesss! :D

They gotta be good then Scooby?I've not tried the supers before let alone a 200 so will try the pair out on next trackday.I do love the Rosso Corsas fantastic grip levels that surprised me last time out on track. If these supers are even better then I will be happy to push em a bit more.Just got to buy another Rosso Corsa for the road. It's getting naughty:(

Its an sc59 11 plate Sinewave.

Been racing using 200/60 SC2 slick on a RR4 with standard rear end.
Gives much more grip getting on the throttle out of corners.
Was using interact K2 which are great but did have me out of the seat a few times.
Still use a interact K1 in the front if it isn't warm.

Cheers for the info guys.I was assured that I wont want anything to use on track once I've tried them. I'll give them a go.
