so markie, are you saying your tracking tells you it's here in the |UK? or is he just telling you that?

as for beemer riders, tossers the lot of them, relying on power and elekrikity gadgets rather than rider skill!!!!

ive got a tracking number for DHL but it says its delivered.....
but it should have come from France, but it was sent to germany by mistake, so i dont know whether its actually been sent to the UK or whether its a different item being sent to the uk.

DHL are about as helpful as a wet paper bag, unless you have an account number they're not interested.

Or, it could have been bought from someone in Germany and instead of being sent to France then forwarded to the Uk it was sent directly from Germany ?

maybe, but the fact remains he's blaming his other half for sending it to Germany,i've heard 2 people say this now about the stuff he sells, although,my wife reversing over my HRC swingarm is the best one to date!!!.

tbh I've always had an inkling about his dealings, and hope people that are waiting on things from him get them, but whenever I see him trying to sell stuff over here on forums,i'll be quite happy to bring to light how he does his dealings.

Yes you re all right guys. I'm just a liar and a fuckin Frenchie.

Yes last month a brembo calipers goes to USA instead of UK, address was right but not the country, and the person who bought me these calipers can be trace all the steps of this package from France to USA to UK since the start when i realize this. i've immediately call post office and make the box on the right way and one other happy member.

few people trusted me and all will be good.

When the HRC swing was destroyed, it takes a fews days to refund the member cause i didn't want to use my credit card ( paypal fees ) and want to use bank wire, so takes few days, but i refund his money.

And yes the tracking on a DHL website, and not a website i have personally made in my garage....., said delivered since yesterday. So yes i ll do everything i can do with my mate in germany to resolve or understand it quickly.

You can laugh, insult, blame me, all you want i don't care about, when Wedgie ll get hist TTX i ll go out here cause i'm a liar, bad member, fucking asshole, all you want again, don't be worry about.

This is all getting out of hand........and before anyone thinks I'm defending I'm not (I waited like many for some forks recently) and they arrived...... eventually but yes they arrived.............

If Foenix has been exposed as someone who buys and sells to make a small profit (or large ;) )all he ever had to do is just say.......

I always had my doubts as Foenix does shift some top quality gear removed from his "mates" bikes ? but we re all guilty and most members are looking for bargains when it comes to the big name brands...... especially with contacts through a forum...

Mods should take over now and deal with this....... either he stays or goes,,,,, but lads lets not openly slate the man......even if he has been caught out on how he buys and sells.......

One question to all......do we really ask where top notch bike goods come from when offered at reasonable prices......... ??

No Im not accusing anyone of anything........ ;)

Wedge probably will get his shock and he ll be a happy bunny........

yes i make a little profit when i 'm selling friend parts and they are aware of it ( plus a good diner, i like good diner ... ) but this assole who ask me to sell this fucking tank and other bit fucked me well.

I ve had him on phone and tell me he had bought items in the Uk, etc etc, so he lie to me and i insult and sort him out of my phone and send a text to my buddies about him.

And to be honest i don't understand now all this fuckin shit, Bugarian, Uk member boy, French add, this asshole , but it's my shit and reputation and not yours.

Wow..just wow...you got caught red handed trying to sell items that didn't belong to you and still claiming it was from a "friend". You even used the exact same pictures from the real owners ad.

You cannot be trusted in my opinion.

Myself and the other moderators are keeping an eye on these posts but we have also said and included it the site rules that we will not get involved/take responsibility of things being bought/sold.

Feonix I would like to ask you a question and I think we would all appretiate an honest answer.

Are you still saying all these parts belong to your mates? Or are they purchased from different sites by yourself and then sold on at profit?

If it is the second of the two it's not a crime and if people are happy paying your price at the time of the sale then there isn't an issue altough a bit dishonest!
If this is the case it would have been a lot easier on yourself to admit this in the first place, but it's not too late to come clean now......

It's the lying that bothers me and even when it's so obvious he keeps doing it. I don't think it's great to sell stuff for profit in a forum as I feel it goes against the spirit of the for sale section. However, I don't see it as a major big deal and wouldn't slate someone for it.

I buy and sell things myself, but the reality of good business is to buy it, inspect it, fix it,make it look better, store it then sell it.
There is a reason for this and that is what if something is wrong with the product. It gets messy it puts your reputation at risk and your business goes down the pan.I buy and sell cycles and check everything before I sell cos I want that customer to recommend friends and come back themselves.Repeat business is better than advertising and it instills trust.Rob anyone once and 10+ people hear about it.It has worked for me for 20 yrs through learning the pitfalls.Anyone who sells second hand parts for a living knows its not easy but its easier if you check test improve things before sending/selling to someone.

Dude- you've made your point, it's been heard loud and clear in a number of threads now.

I'm not agreeing of disagree with your points, however have you personally been affected by any of this?

If not, perhaps now put a sock in it?
