but not only that, the fact (and from what I can gather) he doesn't own them at the time of selling them, just buys them if he sells them, then if they are already sold, just tells people someone else,or a mate has sold them already.

the problem I see is this.as an established forum member you expect a certain honesty/integrity when buying from them, you expect the goods to be in the condition described.the problem here is,the info on condition is what he reads on the ad for them,so isn't really aware of what it's like,so unbeknown to him,he could be selling shit.thats if he can actually buy them,it was strange that he had a pair of forks for sale elsewhere,a price was agreed, and payment was due to be sent but then a couple of hours later to be told they had been sold by "mate" already.it's just bollox.

I have no problem with people buying things to sell,i've done,i do it.the issue I have is someone selling stuff that they have no idea about,he's basically an agent, getting paid for passing on adverts essentially, again, I don't really (well I do tbh,I never use agents in my work as it fucks me off paying 2 people for 1 job) have a problem with, but the reassurance of buying froma member is negated due to the fact he has no idea what he's selling.

well that's how I see it at least.

There's discussions and shit stirring, give feonix chance to answer questions and leave the rest to himself and the people affected to work things out.

I'm annoyed to say the least.

Not only did I clearly mention that I had two trackdays which I would like the shock here before hand so I can fit it. With imo plenty of time to ship the shock.

I did the td's without the shock clearly as it did not arrive. But now I don't have any shock?

Reading the rest of the thread and others id like to know who sent the shock and what condition is it really in?

Oh and when will I get it?

Another interesting thread relating to my 'friend' Foenix.

I think we are blaming the wrong person, after all his wife is responsible for posting all these misrouted packages. I clearly had the misfortune to have her driving the car to the post office on the day that the swingarm and TWO HRC linkages were left on the driveway. She clearly can't be trusted to post parcels or even drive the car!

Hope the parcel does eventually does turn up. Otherwise you will be refunded in euros (at a loss) and have to ask for the difference.

Pitcrew - I think you're only offering your shock because of the circumstances this poor fella finds himself in. Just on the off chance that Mark gets his ok in the end though, and you are interested in selling yours, I'll happily take it off your hands!

Haha......I knew others would jump onto this one, but to be honest I kept this for a build and was just helping lend a hand to Mark as I sold him his new bike. But if he doesn't need it I keep you in mind if I decide to sell it, as you were the first one to ask, there where other PM's after your post. Thanks, Kev.
