Has anyone got one? I'm really tempted to get one. Only for the Isle of Man. We just dump the bikes at the hotel and go pub. So I'm not fussed about going fast over the mountain. Also I just post my clothes etc over in a box. Just wondering if anyone has any real world reviews. I think they're are just under 3k.
James just get one!!! ... There epic, loads of fun and great for bombing around town and some country lanes... Be warned though as they are addictive and you can end up spending some serious dollars with some pimp parts! I get more attention on my grom than anything else! Doesn't matter where you go people just have to ask you about it!....
I've done loads to mine, the first thing to go has got to be the cheap rubbish V rubber tyres! The new pilot 2cts are epic and let's you carry max corner speed that will make you giggle your pants off! The suspension is way to soft with no adjustment! I replaced the back shock with a YSS DTG shock fir £60 and has transformed the ride, stripped front forks drained the oil and used 20 weight oil and added 10mm of homemade Spring preload!...the list is endless....
My son has one and has done 6000 miles on his in 8 months never missed a beat, the stock tyres are lethal in the wet so get them changed. We do the oil regular at 2k miles. Oh yes and as said the modding gets addictive his has ohlins f&r upgraded brakes exhaust and so on and then there's the big bore kits lol.
That's the colour I'm after aswell!! That's me sold then. How do you find the tank range for blasting around on, communting etc? I didn't think there were much aftermarket stuff for them.

If you shop around and find one sub 2k.... I stole mine with only 600 miles on the clock for £1650... Probably spent around £700 getting it to where it is today .... I love it and puts a smile on my face every time I ride it....
Lol they are quality, Dave had one on demo! Was great fun. Mate they trick em up massive in Asia... As said, pretty limitless what you can do
