Can't even say how much sad I'm right now...
Yesterday afternoon hours me and few club members went from bristol to bath..
On keynsham roundabout I've been took out by car..
We've been in middle lane going straight on when guy ( somalian...) from 3rd outside lane decided to turn right...
I can tell u that it was one of most painfull things what I ever saw..
Seeing your bike smashed on road.. oil everywhere, dash turn out to be puzzles, headligh just hanging on wires.. ..

Be careful my firends... there's so many idiots on road...

    My...I'm lucky..I can walk..
Speaking of witch going to hospital now for checkout ...

    Be safe !

Glad you ok at least, my main worries on roads are, diesel and foreign drivers, they seem to claim most accidents I know about :(
Was the guy insured at least? Loads are not :(

Gutted for you, I had a greyhound last week ran straight out into my pathway, took me down in a flash! Dangers are in all the places you don't see!

Gutted for you fella. Bikes can be fixed (hope the driver was insured), the main thing is that you are able to walk away from it.

I've had a few near misses in the past, but mostly involving animals. I've had a couple of horses rear up and run out in front of me, which I fortunately avoided, but a couple of years ago a dog bolted out of a house and ran straight into the side of my bike. Luckily I managed to stay on and the dog bounced off the side fairing and was fine. Scared the shiznet out of me tho! I went back and gave the owner a right bollocking!

I hope that nothing happened to you and everything will be all right.
DonĀ“t look back, think positive and have a look at the end of the year deals and offers which are
everywhere at the moment. Make yourself a nice 0% finance Christmas gift.

Ouch hope you aren't hoping too much and that the numpty was insured.

Was that the roundabout with the ring road (hicks gate?) ? That's normally a pretty fast roundabout.

5 hours in hospital...at least I know now that I didn't broke anythnig, just badly bruised.
It was roundabout where bath road goes in to keynsham baypass.
Good news is that this %$%$^&% person is insured. ( btw it was some brand new Kia with 13nr plate...)
Other good news is that police was there, took all statments and witness and I had a phone call from them saying that they checked lanes markings on road and accident markings and it show that my story was true. Funny that after accident my budy phoned up police and they said that it's not necessary for them to come. Just swap details and ring up insurance company..
But this somalian rig up cops and said that I'm violent and I'm threaten him... and I really wasn't nasty..
Hehe but at the and they did turn up and now insted of just insurance claim he broke law and probably will end up in court :D
