I suppose that is a concern if you buy one of these - how close the nearest dealership is. [IMG]

I had a Gen3 from new 2015, I really enjoy it, I like the electronics/tech etc. I'm a Fireblade person through and through but, for me, the BM is superb.

I've had no issues with build quality/paintwork. I have had new discs replaced under warranty but that could happen to any bike and my local BM dealer is fantastic as is my local Honda dealer.

I have a good BMW dealer near me but the pure number of horror storeys are driving me to the Aprilia big time

My mate had an extended test ride on the RR Sport yesterday and I followed on something reliable (14 Blade) in case it broke down :)
Got to admit it's bloody rapid, kept up with it no real problem on the tight stuff, straights obviously he was leaving me but a couple of times on long sweepers he was just pulling away and I didn't feel I could get any more power down comfortably, guess that's electronics for you,
His biggest gripe was that it doesn't make enough noise but that's probably due the dustbin on the back.
What was even more impressive was they had a new, base colour (grey) full spec RR Sport in the showroom for £14930, that's without any haggling.

Seems a lot of effort for a hideous exhaust, think I'd just be sticking a different can on it.

I believe cans are very expensive for the 17 model, think I'd get headers and end can Off 15/16 model and try and fit belly pan from the same. But think engine casings are wider so belly pan may not fit
