Running in

    I've been taking my running in advice from the manual, however, i read 500 miles and what it actually says is 500km - 300 miles having done 419 miles the last 119 could have been a bit more fun lol

    A very well respected engine builder Chris Mehew told me no WOT for 100 miles then kick its head in!

    The method I used adding plenty of overrun and frequent gear changes.

    Had a quick chat about this today with ryan (stealth) he went for the rag the nuts off it from the start option and its turned out fine

    500 mile it will be worn out , change the oil after a 100 ride the shit out of it and change it again, job done
