    Hi Guys,
I am after finding out what the service Intervals are for my 2010 Fireblade.
I.e. what mileage do I get it serviced and what am I getting serviced?

I bought it with just over 7K on the clock and it has now just clocked over 10,200K, The garage did a service on it prior to me riding it off the forecourt and I have done an oil change last week.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Liam

There's a pic of it somewhere about... Lemme check... Hmmm, can't find the one someone pasted directly, so you have to refer to the manual...

Page 4-4 on the Service manual in here... http://1000rr.co.uk/maintenance/119.htm

Basically, next one due, (Assuming the 8K service was done, which I personally doubt the dealer would have done at 7K, they would just check over the bike to make sure everything looked OK, in MY experience)...

either the 8K or the 12K... 12K is simple, change brake fluid, Inspect Air Filter, Inspect Brake Pads, Inspect Clutch system...

If it needs an 8K, That is Inspect everything!!!

That might have been me, but I posted 04-07 for someone. I think the schedule is the same though.

Double agreed. Nice one Matrix. Can’t believe you work in finance mate, everyone else I know in that trade is either a nerd an arsehole or both. When we meet at the Ace Cafe you didn’t strike me as either. Lol

where does it say 'replace sprocket carrier bearing'? given its a sealed unit you cannot visually inspect it either....
