So on my way back from the last southern ride out someone pulls out on me from across the barriers on a duel carriage way for an exit when I'm doing about 80-85. I miss the car bumper by inches. Last weekend some guy pulls out from a side road whist I'm doing about 20mph. I stop with my front tyre less than a metre from his drivers door. This morning I stop to turn right across traffic in a 60 and some woman fails to stop behind me and squeezes between me and the kirb, taking off my LH foot peg with her wheel arch and my LH wing mirror with her wing mirror. Somehow I've only got a slightly brused elbow and a scratched boot. I was only taking my bike the less than one mile trip to work to use the workshop facilities to bleed my brakes for the track day next week so I was only in helmet, gloves and work uniform with good solid boots on. Could have been nasty!
You could look at the three incidents in two ways, you are very unlucky to have three potential accidents or lucky to have escaped in hurt from all three? Good to see you telling the tale though.
Phew......do you think someone is telling you something especially with a trackday next week.....think we've all had events like that......glad to hear you're here to tell us though...............let's be extra careful out there
Just checked and there is no nail/screw in the tyre. I'm picking up the parts tomorrow to fix it and she's footing the bill.

Just realised that the only thing that stopped my leg getting crushed was the R&G frame crash bobbin which took the impact and has just a small indent in it and some red paint to show it held the car just a few inches extra away from me.
Fekin car drivers are such drongos, make sure you get everything fixed mate, I personally would get some more crash bobbins! after all she scratched yours. glad your ok, shame about your bike
It's a real shame she tried to kill me as looking back at the photos I took immediately afterwards she looks quite (well vey) hot. She's also text me a few times tonight to ask how i'm feeling. Could be checking up for evidence or just that she viewed my arse so close that she's decided she wants to see it nude. Maybe she'll forgive my mega angry rant at her immediately afterwards and ask me out for dinner (only saying yes if she's paying) or maybe i'm dreaming. Too be honest, as long as I get the parts to fix the bike tomorrow that she's paying for then I don't care, I also doubt the wife would be happy if she bought me dinner, she's already on the 'bikes are dangerous' band wagon.
