Just having brekfast ,and after a shower a stroll around the garden and then a trip to Stockport to replace my Fly fishing line which got wrapped around a boat propeller yesterday (poo!) and then i will give the bike a check over wax the chain nip over to a mates for a chat and then some sunbathing followed by a friends Birthday meal in Lymm . Take it easy dudes and get some Rock xs on the radio it may help your day .

was out on the MX track for 5 hours today , a few session's lunch and then a few more sessions all in bright blue skies and 32 degrees yes i am sore now but it was worth it , have a great day at work :-}}

Perfect day for riding today. Beautiful sunshine and beautiful Yorkshire roads - bliss! (nearly makes up for all those weekdays that are glorious when it's shite on the weekends!)
