If your buying the phone out right ask about a sim only contract comparable with iPhone, they are normally 30day contracts so if you don't get on for what ever reason it's only a months notice and its cheap as not paying for the phone within your contract
I've changed to a 12 month plan sim nly plan, cost is £10.50 a month for. 300 mins, unlimited texts and 500 mg of data, or just what I want and don't ever use more than If I did a 30 day rolling sim Bly plan I would bet better much less
Why lock yourself into 12 months? Giffgaff gets you no contract, unlimited texts/web and 250 mins for £10pm.
I'm happy with Vodafone and if I got a Iphone tomorrow I would be unable to get a nano sim until they sort it out.
You can cut down microsims to a nanosim, as per Gappy's mate. A mate of mine has also done it. Depends how dextrous you are, though!
Just FYI this does not work mate, it redirects to iOS6 so there is no way at this time to downgrade to the old OS, seems some hack forums could offer a jailbrake solution but that's hit and miss... Apple will not offer any downgrade so looks like people are stuck with iOS6! Oh we'll looks like its all in the lap of Apples software dept to sort bugs and give back some of the apps the users want... IMO they will loose a lot of customers over iOS6..
Typical..lol It prob did work in the early days but Apple are sharp at shafting there users..... For example.... in the development of iOS6 they sat down and someone said... wait what about all the people who use Google maps app and YouTube on the iPad....answer.....f@ck em....!...lol So what next....I'm waiting for the sh@t version of Google search engine.... Named....Apple search.....lol I'm surprised they still have Google as the default search engine...go figure...
right I have a Iphone 5 ordered A few questions? best case to have? it seems Apple are not selling a Iphone 5 case yet. but what to people recommend? Would like something that is going to protect my phone and not just look pretty
That's quite a subjective area considering how many hundreds of cases there are for iPhones (and will for the iP5). You can file it along with religion, politics, tyre choices and seemingly brake pad choices! Personally I used to have a case but have stopped using it as it looks and feels much better au naturel, and with less bulk.
Had Blackberries for years. It's going to be a Samsung Note 2 come upgrade time in November. Can't wait. Something about Apple gives me the creeps. World domination? The weirdos who work in their shops? The bosses releasing new products with shirts hanging out, boating shoes and jeans? Yuck.
