Ok I just had a moment of recklessness! I dearly love my Walker Rep Arai but after at least 4.5 years shes looking well used with the all weather riding. So in a moment of madness I found a site (sportsbikeshop) that agreed to give me credit for a Shiny New "Crutchlow Rep" and some Gore tex TCX boot s for the impending nasty weather! Im well excited and poopin my pants for when my other half wakes up and founds out what I spent. Has anyone had the tcx boots, Never had TCX so went by reviews, spec and price tbh
A decent boot, used to be Oxtar of which I had a pair and were very comfy and did their job well no complaints.

Been using a pair of TCX competizone gortex for the last 3 1/2 years with nothing bad to say about them, comfy boots that have never left me with wet feet, bit of WD40 on the plastic ankle supports gets rid of any squeaks. Keep them conditioned with Nikwax Fabric and Leather Waterproofer (Product code 080355).

Could have taken the words from my mouth, Lee! Same boot, same opinion, same treatments. Crashed in them. Broke leg above the boot but the ambulance crew were amazed I didn't break the ankle nor any bones in my foot as my whole lower leg was run over by an HGV. Absolutely mustard boot.
