Hi Guys, Looking for a gear indicator for my Repsol. Which one do ya recommend and what colour will suit the Repsol? Anyone got a pic of where it can be mounted? Thanks
I've got an Acuman, some say there not the best but I've had no problems, I've had this one on three different bikes now. Not sure is you can get a plug and play though, I soldered mine in when the bike was one day old lol
found this - says its plug & play for the 05 Acumen DG8 Gear indicator CBR1000 04 to 06 PLUG & PLAY | eBay
Far too much money mate, if it's Acuman you go for They are not expensive and solder it yourself it's a half hour job and it will save you £30 for the plug in part. I would expect to pay no more than £70-£80 it's the same one for all bikes, it's just the plug in part that is bespoke!
GI Pro DS - Small look the bollox and stand out. Plug and play but not cheap..... The acumens are just too big for me look at bit like lego The GI Pro is a proper trick little bit of kit. Your unlucky I've just sold one due to getting a HM dash.

Gi pro...... is best IMO ...... just plus it in and its done with a very small setting up through reacts faster than the acumen..... plus i ve got one for sale due to the purshase of another HM dash !! lol
Don't, I'm embarrassed enough as it is. I can't shake it. I get so much enjoyment out of the up shift surge I just keep going until I hurt me foot.
I have an acumen in blue on mine, I got the plug and play. On yours Sam you just take screen off unplug speedo plug speedo into acumen then back into dash and put screen back on, takes 10mins
