If anybody wants to buy anything off Toby and they are worried about scratches etc, I can probably polish it up to a mirror shine if it's alloy, stainless and possibly Titanium:D:D:D

I can polish deep scratches out of stainless steel exhausts. I did one ladies Gladius heat shield 3 times and you can't see any scratches now!!!

I was offered a modest sum of money and an even more modest pension , saw the writing on the wall, and am now a man of leisure!!! Yeah right, never been busier, loadsa DIY with occasional fabrication of linkpipes, silencers, brackets, polishing and just started learning to TIG weld.

Phh not me mate, tig's not easy but worth learning, I'm defo a learner! NOT an expert! Good on you mate, crack on with the polishing etc I used to love it but not so much now, was ok when I was doing it for my self but getting paid to spend days on the wheel just ain't so much fun!

Be glad when I'm rich like you and can hang up my hat.... ;). lol

Not rich mate, the lump sum is invested and we can just about break even, if we don't have any big bills. No more expensive holidays or eating out a lot. Will probs get another job after next April. I do enjoy fabricating though. Don't enjoy polishing, but I like to recover stuff that people have written off.

Worked ourselves out of a job Ken, got all the fuel out, CO2s gone, oil gone, all nasty's have gone and now me too.
Bit late now Claire, usually around during the week, in my garage. Gimme a bell first, coz if it's sunny, I may have a bimble!
Don't do soft stuff, just shiney stuff.
