Jeanette's gone off on some parish council event. Just as well, I'd hate for her to see me this way this morning. Somebody must have put brake fluid in my rum last night.
I might try and sneak a cheeky one in when I get back to camp after a day shooting shit up, alternatively I might end up teaching one of my scrotes how to replace a land rover alternator as he sea unable to do it unassisted. Late night for me then!

I am having a day from Hell. It’s so bad it’s starting to get funny; if I didn’t know better I would say candid camera is watching through the window to see how far I can be pushed before I blow. I am gonna need a drink tonight.
Going to Brands on Friday so i'm taking a bit of alchol with us , 1 large bottle of Vodka; 1 large bottle of Tia maria (black Russians) 1 large bottle Tequila 1 bottle of Jack Daniels 4 bottles of my favorite wine 1 case of Cidre Do you think that's enough for 3 night away...................................?????

Oh, and it does! All good though, just 8 hours to suffer through and then I start a marathon evening of wine-tasting for a mate's 40th...... as he's related to the Habsburgs we will be sampling Austrian and southern German wines apparently... I prefer a smokey Rioja personally, but I'll try anything once!
No drink tonight. Reckon old Freedom's been pissing in my beer mug. Dropped my keys at the kitchen door tonight, bent down to pick them up and my bloody back spasmed. Jevus cripes, I jerked bolt upright and saw stars. It hurt so much it made me sick. I couldn't bend, sit or nothing. In the end I leant against the wall and crept my hands down it to force it to ease. Cold sweats, migraine like head ache, creeping like a nun.
Shared a bottle of 'brothers toffee apple cider' and a bottle of red wine with the wife who I've not seen for 3 weeks, she's now gone to bed early but I'm not rushing up as its that time of the month.
