Where do you hide yours...

    Hi all just brought myself an Oxford optimiser and curious where people hide the charging plug, at the min it's just cable tied on to the rear of the back foot pegs.

    I routed mine so that the plug is under the pillion seat out of sight...meant removing the rear cowl and some brackets in order to route the cable, but worth the effort.

    Yep, mines under the seat. Where the lug for the seat sits, just make sure you file it out a little so the lug does not crush the wire when the seat is in place.
    As for removal of the rear cowl, I didn't. I just cut soldered and crimped it.

    Once you have it under the seat. I got another connector soldered a 12v socket on it and I can plug it in to the tail that comes off the battery for phone charger etc. Simply unplug when not in use or engines not running.

    Mine pokes out on the LHS betweeen the rider seat and subframe.

    Mine dangles beside the rear brake fluid reservoir.

    Mine comes out under the pillion seat. Nice and neat :)

    Mine was fitted when I got the blade and comes out of the side panel you remove to get to the seat screws.

    heres mine just tucked in behind where front of subframe bolts too main frame, can easily be picked out with fingertip.

    As for phone charging, can u just connect it direct to battery?

    mine is in the little triangle gap on the subframe beneath the seat

    Nah .... mine is in the gap below the plastic triangle so I can connect to my heated clobber when I ride

    I have a pic in my album Nutty Tarts Toy but I can't get it to drag n drop

    Yes. It will charge, but remember and unplug it when the engine is off

    Same as mine, I put mine on the right hand side as that's upper most when it's on it's side stand.
