Very good si , new camera I take it ? Come on then , Location , settings , what did you use to get pictures like that ? I take it that your good lady ? (nice) . But very very good pics mate makes mine look shit now
Hi dude...location was Birkenhead Park.... and yup, the missus and the youngest. I shot in Raw, manual mode (as always) either ap 22 for the landscapes or 4 for the others. used lightroom 4 to process a bit.
I bought some ND filters too Steve, so gave these a go today too.... don't know what i'm doing like...
Oh I think you know what your doing si , there verygood mate , Really nice pictures mate , next si find a well lit church at night can get some cracking pictures, and light drag off cars at night Karl Taylor shows you how to do all that ,
You'll see the best advantage of the ND filters when shooting a scene with largely varying contrast Si. Otherwise, every time you double them up you lose a couple more stops and muddy the contrast. I've had some interesting results matching up an ND with a polariser before. It's also worth playing with 'calculations' in Photoshop. It mimics using red and green filters on black and white film but with a colour digital image file.
