I remember a friend gave me some of the Tylex she had left over from a hysterectomy when I broke my leg. It didn't reduce the pain one iota but I didn't give a flying fcuk about it.

Tell you what does interest me, how headache sufferers seem to get them around the same time? Maybe it's atmospherics or barometric pressure, that or added RF activity that mankind pumps into out surroundings? who knows....

My Migraines have got worse as i've got older ... thankfully less frequent tho! Now they tend to last two days, and the starts of the wiggly lines has me spewing!!

I found when i was younger mint aero used to kick it off, but i've not found anything that helps ... so i just go crash in bed for a days and go very gently the next day!

Somebody told me to keep away from cheese, port and chocolate.

I'd rather have the headache, frankly.

I get a pressure start to build behind the bridge of my nose, sometimes 48 hours before the ache, then, just before, my vision starts a very faint vibration, almost like a tic. That's where the little black bubbles come in (possibly Aero ones). Then the pain build up, which is slow but sickening, sometimes debilitating, sometime just bloody aggravating. That'll last a couple of days. Then it just goes, like a bubble bursting. For a couple of days after that I feel really wired.

Always the same symptoms, in the same order, but thankfully, now I'm concious of my fluid intake much less frequent.
