Well bought a shark rsr2 carbon helmet last year registered for 5 year warranty ,,,, well last week the visor clip screw head sheared off so i email them ..no bloody reply so i phone them ,we'll call you back ...guess what ,,,, do they hell really pissed off £400 quid helmet useless won't be using them again
Don't roll over yet Gray .First visit the store where you got it and let them take the strain .If Ebay then perhaps a little harder but just keep plugging away and remember there is always The MCN who should be able to help with say a customercare hotline once Shark know its going public they should act fast enough.
If this is a contractual guarantee then i would file a case in the small claims court and get the sods a CCJ. Pointless have the bloody guarantee if its not worth the paper its written on.
As I said if you take it to a Shark dealer, your nearest is Damerells they (I) can return it for you to be repaired.
