Does anyone else run more than one monitor? What exactly does it do and how difficult is it to set up. I quite fancy running a second 23 incher but I think I might be getting into the realms of overkill
I run four in my workshop and two on another photo/video PC, it depends on your motherboard what slots it has and how the BIOS deals with them (for example some if running two cards will only output on one in 7 or both in Vista, thats Microsoft for you!) few mother boards have more than one AGP slot and so on (this is for more than one video card), if you buy a card that has dual/quad display its norm very simple, install card - load drivers and software - job done.. Well worth the effort imo and once you have dual display you will never look back!

Got space for at least 3 more monitors there, Ken! These setups are pretty common where I work, although the most I've seen is 12: BoroRich: if you do get another monitor have a butcher's at this free util to give you a few niceties when stretching your desktop across both monitors
OMFG. Look at all them screens. I can't get one to run in the right resolution. "I have tried" sort of. But That my friends has tipped me over the edge.
I do have a set up in my demo room running an Eizo 24" self calibrating monitor and a Cintiq HD 24 off the same PC. Does that get me back in the premiership?
Err I rekon.. Ran out of room in workshop started sticking them any old where...lol Check out the old Sony....lol
Looks like it has 1 x D-SUB and 1 x DVI connector? If so, you may need an adapter if you have 2 x analogue or 2 x digital monitors.
