Nice,I like the way they look, how does it compare to the Blade. Getting my first blade tomorrow, a nice new black 2012 one.
Just done a quick 25 miles and I am we'll pleased. Very different to the Blade, but good different. Didn't realise I was going so fast as it sounded like it was on tickover. I found I had to muscle it into corners more as the blade just glided round them, but it is much more engaging. You feel like you are riding it rather than just being the auto pilot. JCE exhaust sounds good. I find the clutch bite very far out at the moment but will get used to it. Definitely hanging onto first gear until at least 40 when on slow stuff. I will check what sprockets are on and possibly down gear a bit. Don't think much to the mirrors. Clutch is quite heavy when in traffic. I think the Oberon or whatever the other is called will be an early mod. Very impressed with riding position. Build quality is great. I will try to get out tomorrow to continue learning.
Glad you're enjoying it Steve, it is a monstrous beast. We are over priveleged with the armchair ride the FireBlade gives us I'm looking forward to your perspective as you grow into the corners of your new squeeze.
Its avery unusual exhaust, bikes got a nice shape and sound. there was a program on sky where a chap was riding the same type i think, it looked and sounded great.
very nice steve. i,ve got an older tuono and know what you mean about a more involved ride. got to work the twins to keep them going. enjoy her!
I just love how empty the rear wheel is if you know what I mean, the back end is so neat and tidy. Love that screen on the bike as well Steve looks factory Absolutely love it as you know I would love one, maybe one day
