BUT - seeing as there are only 200 coming to the UK, i cant see it devaluing much so you'll get back almost what you paid for it in 2 years. And who knows in 20 years...

Plus if you add up all the 'extras' you buy for your bike, it wont be far off this - and if anything goes wrong, its BMW's job to sort it under warranty. None of this "Honda, well we didnt fit it" crap.

Its all there - out of the box - simple...

... can you tell i REALLY want one..?!!

Zee. That's where my thought process is going. The value of a Panigale will drop like a stone where the HP4 probably won’t. My local dealer and I have been banging sticks on the curb for a few weeks now regarding the actual price, px price for my 2011 blade, this adjustment and that adjustment to price of the HP4 etc etc. Non of which I am remotely interested in, its only the price to change or a straight deal bottom line that I am interested in. They are trying hard but we are not on the same page yet for me to make any decision either way.

Well if your serious, i'd get at least a deposit down as i dont think they will last long... And, you might end up with the 'standard' one as all the carbons have gone...

Im sure you could 'sell' the deposit anyway if you dont want it..

We did talk about, well I say we, they suggested it. But we are not close enough on the money yet. Plus my head is still wriggling back and forth between the HP4, Panigale or just sit tight with what I have for another year. Oh and that before I even think about the gorgeous brand spanking unregistered 1198SP my mate noticed in a Ducati dealer in the other day.

My mate who already runs a 1000rr beemer spoke to the dealership about the hp4 this week.
Will take about 8 weeks from when order placed apparently. His one is on one of those lease contract things. His current contract finishes next may but the dealer said he could take his current bike back in march to get the order placed .
I think he is going for it ! :D

My customers has Gilies rearsets I like them other than the old exhaust mount that Id like to cut off and replate!

If I were to order a HP4 Id have to ask BMW to fit the "propper" exhaust and not that cat-ed, flappered, bulky waste of titianum....lol

And for the money you'd expect some "propper" forks and shock too.....lol

Not forgetting a "propper" quick shifter and not something from a touring bike.....lol

    ;)
