Know how you feel Ken. When out today we got caught in the rain just when I was getting in the groove.
Never mind still managed to get out in a break of the psisin rain.

Strangely, I was quite pragmatic about it too Col'. Not my normal grump for a good run spoiled. It felt so good even though I only got into 6th briefly, I started thinking about getting the mountain bike out of the shed (despite my ban) to get some tone into the long suffering muscles that have to actually lift me out of the saddle, just to make it easier.

Once I got the bike into the garage, the rain stopped immediately. Of course. By the time my leathers were unzipped bacon rolls were shouting louder than the call for physical exercise and a chilled can of Guinness blew the fridge door open and leapt at my throat.

Walked dog twice. Did some brutal, full-contact washing up and went back to contemplating which tail tidy to get - r+g or evo tech.

Life with a Taylor Spatial Frame - it's all about the glamour.
