Hi Jamie, if you can see this - this is the pic from the forum you sent me.. Or can anyone else tell me.. Does the GI-Pro plug into this diagnostic port on a RR5?
I've just fitted the gi pro to my rr5 couple of weeks ago. Yep take off the left fairing panel and prise off the red plug cap. The plug and play plugs straight in.....it's a piece of piss. It plugs straight into dlc plug....any questions mate I'm on all night
Sorry Sam been snowed under but as stated its under that faring has a red cap and you just plug it in then as instructions supplied to set up the gear positions
okay, going to attempt this now.. Its freezing, but i dont think it will be getting any warmer... lol
you will find it nice and easy, top left side fairing off, find red cap, pull off cap and plug in GiPro. fix GiPro to instrument panel, put fairing back on and set up GiPro while bike on paddock stand, time taken 15 mins enjoy Si
Oh very usefu thread l, I am waiting for mine to arrive ,should be in tomorrows post. Took the middle fairing off in preparation and found the red socket,no probs. Thanks.
Bought mine from here, very fast and efficient, cheap postage. No complaints whatsoever. As far as I know the procedure is the same. Accossato | Speedo healer | Data Tool
