Don't know if anyone else has got one of these but I'm in love WDTV, to be precise. Managed to get it set up last night so that it can access the files on my PC upstairs and stream them over the wi-fi to my telly. All my AVIs, mp4s, mkvs, mp3s, WAVs etc are now watchable on my telly with the press of a button. I can even control it using an app on my android tablet
There good aren't they? I have Airport express in most rooms, stream from iPad or mac to them, multi room system…cheap way of doing it too. I want a B&W A5 for the kitchen for xmas, then all the house is streamed musically… Not done TV yet, as i need apple TV or a NAS to do it...
Streaming TV & Music is great. I have a couple of squeezebox's sitting room kitchen bedroom you can either have as separate zones or sink together. My TV is networked so I can like BoroRich watch movies and use it as a giant picture frame. Everything runs from a couple of NAS drives so no need to have the PC on up stairs.. all controlled from the I pad or touch.. I'm no computer buff but its great even the wife likes it! Squezebox in he garage next me thinks...
I got the WD TV Live from Maplin. It was on special last weekend but I can't quite remember how much but £85 springs to mind.
