It's ok, some good corners, but more of a 600 circuit.

Not sure where you'd camp though, or even if you can!? Check their web site maybe.

My pal said it was the nutz in his car - now idea about camping.

Would you take camping gear on the bike?? Surely b&b is far more civilised option?

I enjoyed it when I went there, one straight (well its part of the oval, so slightly bent) lots of good corners, nice flip flop type corner just before the oval section.

    can't wait to go again!

    It's ok.

You can camp in the paddock albeit on tarmac. They often do weekend double headers with the international circuit one day and the national circuit the next and people stay overnight between. Worth phoning ahead to confirm though.

There are virtual videos of the circuits on their website.
The international circuit is actually the international super sportscar circuit except at the end of the oval straight you come off before the corner (you can see cones in the video).

Pro's. It's cheap and, for me, nearby. I'm not sure I'd travel a long distance for it as there are better tracks.

Cons. Quite short and very bumpy in places, particularly coming on and off the oval section. Seems to attact a few nutters and consequently above average red flags.

Noise levels can be tight. This is odd as the track is in the middle of an industial estate miles from anywhere. My GSXR 750 trackbike just scraped through the 98dB test with a standard exhaust. Loads of people were having trouble with after market exhausts even with baffles fitted. I saw allsorts of stuff like Coke cans and wirewool being stuffed up exhausts to get people through.

Definitely more of a 600 track, it's more akin to a thrash down your favourite B Road than a track.

I'm sure I'll do a day there sometime next year.

Yeah i like Rockingham i never camp there is always a nice B&B close on booking.com . I dont like the course where you go onto the oval i think its pointless and a bit make shift The little circuit is a bit better (sorry never take note on national international circuit layouts) . There is a nice boozer on the way home too . Can be a bit windy aswell ive saw someone blow into the oval walling on a cbr1000rr
