I can see why you went there. I miss the old Norwich Union riders policy that just insured you whatever bike you jumped on. Mind you, the last time I had one was the year you were born.

Hi all quick update on my donnington BSB pillion lap. Weather was very warm but windy but also dry, met up at 1pm and was taken into pit lane by the MCE staff.
We then went track side and waited for the riders to pull up, Danny Buchan and Howie Mainwaring i got the nod to get on with Danny he gave me simple instructions PUSH ON THE TANK WHEN I BRAKE. Off we went on the back wheel then down on the ground for Redgate hard on the brakes push on the tank and wow unreal lean angle through the bend. Scary stuff down craner curves as we were side by side with Howie and his pillon. Craner curves is just breathtaking and scary. Speed was just amazing we had a moment on the exit from the esess over the kerb nearly on the grass. The speed into the loop was fantastic then so hard on the brakes, round goddards and on the back wheel over the line. A great experience that i will remember for many years to come. Bloke on the sidecar lap who i think was a MCE employee fell out onto the track half way round. just a quick pick of Danny and i hope i can find a few of the lap in progress.

    Great post dude. Well done.

Old Howie laying down a blackie at the old hairpin curled my toes up yesterday.
