    Colin - firstly huge thanks from me for heading to Hawick today - I know I mentioned it but never expected you to go next day in such bad weather!

    Firebloke has sorted the route up for Thursday - if people can join him and the team of merry men (and woman?) on the Thursday that is great news.

    Will soon be able to say 'we are going to Scotland this year'

    just sent Collin some route description up for the friday saturday And sunday, probably wayyyyyyyyyy OTT but at least no one can say the information wasnt given, he should have finised disecting it come the end of April ;)

    Are the roads holding up ok Colin although the frost has not been to hard down here the roads are showing typical winter wear and they are down to the cobbles in Southport .

    The roads aren't too bad Giv. Sure there are a few potholes that have appeared but honestly nothing to worry about. Must be down to the roads not getting used as much.

    I always take a run in the car a few weeks before the bike comes out to check the roads anyway and I'll do the same again to check them out sooner to the time.

    Nothing worse than heading for your fav road only to find it like a mine field.
