I would just like to say that although i am on numerous forums, this one is the comfiest to be involved with........if that makes sense?
In my experience car/bike forums' members tend to reflect the machinery that they're related to. I used to be a regular on a certain Subaru forum which was OK until the market was flooded with cheap Japanese imported 2nd hand Imprezas and the forum suffered a massive influx of the illiterati. Fireblade owners were always going to be good eggs, weren't they?
bloody hope so, this is the first one make forum i have been a member on regular basis, and find it a great time to talk etc....
Agreed there dudes I am only on this Forum and the what Rickshaw to buy forum and its the real deal and very freindly.
I think, though that this place has, sort of, moved away somewhat from the traditional concept of a 'one make' vehicle forum. It's evolved towards more of a social network with members sharing a particular hobby. I'm also aware that this is not to everyone's taste, which is a shame for them but I'd struggle to be overly sympathetic as I'm so proud of what we've all achieved here from the standpoint of a community. We're still a biker forum, we're still a FireBlade forum but we're also a pretty unique care in the community programme too.
He is, and I quote, 'lying low for a bit' Presumably because 'lying low' makes you a much harder target for the slings and arrows of outrageous mis-fortune. And, of course, even Blaggers couldn't fall off the floor. Could he...?
Tis a comfy place,Ive no idea what a "Flapper" is, however should i ever need to know what one is, i`ll know where to come.I'm guessing its nothing to do with birds or a man having a meltdown...... lol
It's a thing that does something that needs to be discussed a lot before you switch it off. Stop me if I'm getting too technical.
