I use the Castrol Power 1 Racing 10w40 in my RR4 and it hasn't exploded yet :D

There will be some one here who say not to use fully synthetic.I only use semi now as I did think It was affecting gear chang with oil in gearbox and all.

I asked Opie Oils and they told me to use Castrol Power 1 Racing 10w40 (not 10w30) :D

And yes I think that's enough. I didn't go through more than a 4 litre container of it when I changed my oil last September.

Make sure that you note down the part number and that it matches up with the new one. The dozy gets at the parts department gave me the wrong one last time and I didn't notice until I got the old one taken off and saw that it was almost imperceptibly smaller. Had to make a return journey to the dealer to get the right one mid-job
