It's good that you're back in the chair. The place needs a bit of glamour. The girls have been doing their best but it was getting to the point where me Megs and Giv' were going to have to drag up.
Im very sorry for my absence guys and iv promised my self I'm going to make time to be on here most nights , even if its just for 10 mins . As Ken said I'm on ridiculous painkillers but its the only way i can stay in work . Friends and doctors are telling me to go on sick but i like the money to much and enjoy spending it on my son. lol. I guess an update is due so this is whats been happening . The first op went well and my neck healed very quickly , I gave up smoking a year ago now and iv been keeping as health diet as i can which I'm sure contributed to my fast recovery . the second and the major op was scheduled for last month but it was cancelled and rescheduled for the 13th of August . Im not sure if its my body knowing the op is coming but the last couple of months have been very painful . Iv never slept well but a normal night for me is putting my son to bed at 8.00 , on the laptop for a couple of hours and falling asleep at 11ish , most mornings I'm up at 4.30am with my back bouncing so i take tabs and snooze on the couch till 7.00 then get leigh and my self ready for school and work . Iv being living that routine for the last few years and coping ok but lately i can only stay in bed for 2 hours then I'm on the couch waking every hour . The pain in my back i cab handle as iv grown up with it but the lack of sleep is killing me ! lol. So thats why i havnt been online really . I check my emails and i fall asleep before i get chance to log on , Just cant concentrate on a computer screen in the night. So the plan is to get online after work , before i take my meds just to keep in touch . Iv booked the week before the op of work so that i can take leigh for a short holiday before I'm laid up after surgery. that leaves 3 weeks to get through . after the op I'm going to be laid up for a while so i should be on here for most of the day . I just want to thank every one for your concern, iv had some great messages and people with my number have been asking after me . Ill make it up to the forum soon , just got the next 3 weeks to get through and things should start getting better . Right I'm off for a wander round the forum now . lol
Good luck with the op. Going through these things is never easy, but hopefully the light at the end of the tunnel is worth it. Am keeping my fingers crossed for you.

He was on in the wee hours of this morning, which doesn't bode well. He used to do that when his back was playing up.
