Andrew go to google and tap in www.invisible film .also on you tube it looks really easy to fit (it isn't) i get mine done at Hunts Motorcycles in Manchester as the local agents have an agreement this is obviously to far for you but they must do nation wide as its made by 3M. Venture shield is the same product once on it is really hard to see it if at all even on the head lights .Its one of them products that ticks all the boxes i even have some on my wifes car on the inner cills and the lights ect.

Cheers for the link, I found the venture shield stuff on google a few weeks back. I didn't manage to find anyone local doing the fitting tho.
I was looking at getting one of the rothmans fairing kits off of ebay, the same one that Hondo has fitted to his bike and thought it would be worth having the film put over the top as i'm guessing the finish won't be a durable as Honda's.

Running costs are pretty high. U can expect at least £1k a year on servicing, and the odd bill for various bits. Depends how anal you are about looking after it.
Mines a 964 Turbo 2, so a little rarer than standard 964. 3.3 turbos in very good nick go for around £30 - 35k, whereas a Carrera 2 will be £15k for a cracker! £8k for a dog.

If your really in the money you could opt for a 3.6 turbo, but that would fetch £60k!

Or even an RS for £90k!!

Spooky. I've got a 206 GTi. My wife inherited it from me when I bought my hairdresser car. She was gutted at first because I made her sell her Yaris but try and get the pug back off her now.

After reading that apparently i'm not in the market for one, saying that the running cost on the Corrado aren't a lot better and parts are getting a bit scarce too!
I could stomach the running costs for the amount of miles I do a year but the initial outlay is more than I could really afford by the time I factor in a divorce!! LOL

Well 964's are now appreciating after being right at the bottom of the Market. You could invest £12k on a decent car, do low miles, as u say a grand is not far off you current spend, and in 5 years you could probably get £18 - £20 grand..

But it's a risk, terms and conditions apply!

The Corrado is awesome. I had 3 Sciroccos, gtx, Scala and Storm. Loved em.

I think I might look a bit further into that, there's not many cars that you could potentially make a profit on and have a bit of fun with.
