Bought the KTM powerparts brake and clutch reservoir anodised caps.
    Great quality and fit!

How are you finding the new machine ? Can it be compared at all with the Blade or is it chalk and cheese?

Hi Giv. I'm loving it actually.
No comparison to the blade as they are so different.
The 8 seems really slow in comparison but it is not. The engine sounds like its on tickover at the redline in comparison to the blade screaming and letting you know you are going supersonic.
I would say the major difference is where the blade feels like its on autopilot and you almost ride without thinking what you want the bike to do, the 8 needs input.
They are both great bikes in their own right!

That's an interesting point you've made there Steve. Just this afternoon I was swooping along some Deb'n B roads, which generally means a heavy fog doesn't shorten your sight line, and I actually thought to myself it was almost as if it was cornering with no input from me at all.

Added an Oberon clutch slave cylinder last week.
Also altered the gearing, 1 tooth down at the front, 1 up at the rear.
