I wantched the second one last night and I must say that although I like Whitham as a commentator, on this show he is terrible. I'm not sure if it's the script or what but it looks like you can see him reading the auto queue and the jokes are so crap. They need to sack the script writer and learn what they are going to talk about on that particular show and make it more natural. The blonde bird is only there for us to look at as she clearly knows bugger all about bikes.
Not managed to watch the show (no Sky) but I regularly read the magazine, and from that it is clear that Whitham has next to zero personality. In fact, the only personality in the magazine is that Chris Northover, who comes across as highly skilled, funny and genuinely likeable... the others all come across as arrogant priveleged tossers, whose attitudes to biking are a few decades past their sell by date.

Just watched this and the presenters are wooden, even Jamie Whitham who I have a lot of time for usual. Good job some of the features are good, can't see another series happening.
agree with you there firebloke always thought he was pretty cool, but came across as right idiot presenting the show. hes got to watch it back and be ashamed of it.
you can get it via freesat, somewhere is your settings your be able to set Eutelsat 28A at 28.5E (11.222Ghz H, symbol rate 27.5, FEC 2/3 it a poor show .. could of been top gear but for bike
Watched it - mucho dissapointing. Whitham has little or no persona on this show and the lassie is just there for the early hours pervs!
At the end of the day it's a program about bikes and, poor or not, it's got to be worth watching if only to give us our fix 'til the racing starts in February.
Have to agree with the general comments .I recorded it and could only take 5mins of it .Perhaps the worst thing I have ever seen .And this was before I looked at the thread.
Just watched the 3rd. one with Macau, the 675R test and one of the greatest - King Kenny. So a definate improvement on previous, willing to give it a chance.
Good to hear, like I said it's got to be worth watching, just concentrate on the bikes and not the muppets presenting it.

Watched it earlier and have to say when Whitam is interviewing Maria Costello he's not reading from autocue and comes across his normal self. Quite a good episode this one. Met Maria in my local Sainsburys when she broke her leg then again on the ferry back from I.O.M. I woke up after a snooze and there she was sat next to me!
Just watched it again, its like watching a shite film when you cant turn it off because you want to see what happens next.
