Blade was booked in for Camchain tensioner today - drop it in to Hunts in Manchester on way to work and first person I bump into is this chap

He has clearly been laying off the pies and pasties and hitting the gym over winter

    - So I turn the corner and see this parked up

Well it would be rude not to try it for size..

Then saw a stunning collection of brand new Blades - very few brand new HRC colour bikes left in UK now and sure deals to be had if you're quick

Bet that was a surprise Al.

He ain't half lost some double chins from the last time I seen a pic of him.
Hopefully he keeps it up and manages to gt himself fit for this year.

I reckon he got fed up with all the comments about him being a fat fckuer and the like (which compared to other riders he was) - plus reading / hearing how Cal Crutchlow and others work so hard on their weight / health he prob. thought he better work hard.

reckon it's more a a realisation that he would be quicker if he was fitter, dont really think he's the type of guy that gives a shit what others say/think.

racebikes do look awesome in the legends colours, think mine could be going in for a new paint job.

A few months ago the 'wide' sticker on the top yoke of his bike would have pointed the other way...
