Anyone play online? Thoughts for this thread: 1) new games coming out on PS3, 360, wii, PC etc.... 2) chat about playing online 3) what you playing? 4) meeting up online for a blast So who's online? what you playing etc...... I'd love to play online and join in with the rest of you guys, but the shit broadband service that BT dares to charge me for where I live means that the one time I tried playing with a mate he nearly choked laughing as he slaughtered me time and time again while my avatar did the "Robot" across the battlefield. The closest I've managed to get is linking my two 360's in different parts of the house. I mean, you're all welcome back to my place but it's not hugely practical. However, in nobby no mates mode I've just been playing Black Ops and MOH and then went back to the earlier versions of both and played them all back through up to present (like a Viz top tip for tight sod). Might do the same for Halo next. My missus is still looking over my shoulder from buying the bike and I've got to wait 'til October for my birthday and I've already filled up my wish list for that with Double-Bubble screen, Grab rail, digital gear indicator, steering damper, etc. Still, great idea for a thread, I'm here.
I have the same problem with my broadband. Lasy year i bought Sbx for the PS3 to learn the track in Portugal before I went there on a Euro track Event. It is so bloody hard to control the bike, but it was fantastic to get the track knowledge before I went

I play online on ps3. name is bluekontakt play black ops online. have a 360 as well buy jot switched it on in over 8 months.
Xbox mainly, i do have a Ps3 but dont really use it online. I also have the worst BT connection in history so Black Ops is basically a self harm death fest! Ceades is my xbox name and im normally on: Black Ops (new zombie map is mega!) I have SBX but never played online NFS SHIFT (so underrated!!) F1 2010 Tiger Woods (i know.. i know.) Oh and Saints Row looks like the last game i'll ever need to buy!! Bring on the winter..
Big gamer in the past, have knocke dit on th ehead pretty much now, aprt from the xbox which only gets a look in in the winter. Games earmarked for this years dark season: GOW3, Battlefield X, Forza 4 and prolly dabble with the new cod for a bit then sell it again! lol Gametag is Dazza Doom, feel free to add, although prolly wont go on it till it starts getting dark! (i have to do this otherwise i wouldnt leave the house during the summer!)
Mainly PS3 online black ops and on occasions sbk 08, 09, 10 but no one seems to go online with the superbikes ? Oh username is "bozzy752" !
Im into WW2 fighter sims on the PC Cliffs of Dover is what Im playing right now as well as Crysis2 and F.E.A.R2 but to be honest Flying around online is great fun.. I even have TrackIR5 which is a look around system if you dont know... turn your head and it tracks your movement and reproduces it game...geeky as fook but gives you many hours of entertainment
used to play counter strike allot on the PC but got so pissed off with my PC playing up I went to console games.
Just seen TV ads for Gears 3 and Space Marine... Oh well, looks like the birthday money I asked for 'Blade bits is going to be misappropriated.
Superbike 2011 (SBK 11) on ps3 is pretty good and there is a few online games ..... And it's much better than the 2010 version, nowhere as twitchy handling, and asda/tesco sell it for around £15 ! You also get the legend option including gsxr750 srad, sp2, zx7r and loads more.

ive just started gettin the itch to pull the xbox out again, and bugger me on sunday i got the red rings back again within 5mins of switching it on, fixed it before but this time i just cant be arsed so ill probably flog it spares or repair.....or burn it On the look out for another but probably slim version (liteon drive if poss) so ill be joining you online soon lads. I infact could just go out and buy new as soon it wont matter what drive you have cos youll be able to play straight from a HD (no lag, jumps etc) been dying for a good gaming session
Sorry Ken just back from G W now myself and just seen your message ..... There's nowhere really that close apart from "sammy's kebab shop" about half a mile to the right of G W (has indoor seating area) or if you are mobile highly recommend the "blues bar cafe" in the town centre, cracking quality food including all day breakfasts and a bargain price !
