    You'll be surprised how comfy the blade is to tour on without them mate...plenty on here have done 2k miles in a trip abroad with standard clip ons. I would save your money and slap a few tanks of fuel in instead.:)

    Depends how old ya are and how 'worn' ya body is!

    I'm 45 and have spent my whole working life as an Electrician to date so my knees aint the best or my wrists.

    2K on standard clip-ons might be fine for U young 'Blades' (pun intended) but not so sure I'll cope with a 4 day Touring Hol?

    In my 43rd year mate.... Feked wrists, hands and knees. Did 3,200 miles on a trip to Italy last year... You'll be fine!

    A 51 year old here without risers. On my 4th blade since early 90's and tour Europe most years usually around the 3000 mile mark. Also in the building trade roofing. Man up dude :D
