Depends on how fast you ride and if your sit up donkey rider or get down behind shield Dubble Bubble always an they look better than stock
I have the McGuiness screen (think it is) - it works but been described as 'hideous' and worse by those who see it - will find a pic somewhere with it - Really should swap it back over - perhaps I'll do that as part of its winter rebuild / makeover that is starting now.
I use the zero gravity corsa screen, higher than a standard double bubble, Lower thanmcguinnes screen.. It's fab for touring.
Honda CBR1000 RR 2008-10 McGuinness - Tall Screen - The McGuinness screen don't look to bad to me. Shame they don't make it for the 2006 Fireblade.
That McGuiness screen looks great IMHO! I was expecting sumat like the screen off one of the 'Chips' Police Bikes from the description! Would that fit a 2012 Blade? Description says 2008-2010 and nothing is listed any later?
Looks good that IomTT is that a 2012 Bike as the link I've looked at states the McGuiness screen is for 2008-10 Bikes?
I think IoM's is an older bike, shipmate. I'd give Skidmarx a call as all the McG screens are made to order. And I agree with you, shipmate. They look mustard!
Here is mine - not best picture but bike is def. in touring mode! And heading up the Stelvio i think in its old clothes
Me, I had the Honda racing screen and now have the mcGuinness screen and it's great. I toured Europe with the Honda screen and it was fine but for the money the McGuinness screen is excellent
And if you think Si's bike is special you should see his hair! The man is living a soft-focus, immaculately-coiffed dream. I'm dead jealous.
Looks like a Zero Gravity Sport Touring is the best I can get, the McGuiness one is not made for 2012 Blade.
