Thinking new lid possibly and yes I know fit is the most important thing. So before I try on anyone know much about the GT-Air

Looks good and as i'm looking for a summer race type lid I like it. really just trying to find out if anyone has one, thinking of one or knows much. First I sen was at the NEC show in Nov

Not seen any yet but expecting some in soon. I remember when Shoei said they would never introduce a helmet with built in sun visor, how times change.

OMG I want that Helmet! :D

Just bought this one as it's fell in price due to the untimely death of it's user but it's still a £600 lid despite it's colours!

Shoei X-Spirit 2 Shoya Tomizawa at Helmet City

Not even worn it yet and it's gunna be history now I've seen the 'Air'

My Bike is HRC colours also and this lid was just made for it!

The Tomizawa was brought out by Shoei as a tribute to Shoya when he died in 2010.

Looks like it wasn't their best marketing move then judging by the heavy discounts?

May be some see it as a bad omen wearing a dead mans colours?

No hope for me then as my Bike will be on a 13 plate as well!

According to Mr B's link about £470 so looks like it's not going to be their TOTR Lid despite looking like it!

I've had the S1 Pro, good lid if a but heavy. the SR1 will be on the list to look at but I am looking for a well vented lid for the summer. If the SR1 meets these areas i'm looking at then it's down to the fit then the looks for me

but loving the Gt - Air and never owned a Shoei before. I like to try different makes much like bikes to have a good exuberance of what other makes are like

Got myself the GT Air, if you didn't know you would think this was made for the HRC Blade.

You would defo think it was made in conjunction with Honda. Looks good , I have same bike as you but I have an Aria head.

By the Power of Greyskull, Sine! An X Spirit 2 for just about xr1100 money. I'd go for the XS2 if you like the colours. Lovely helmet.

    I did and do Shanks.

Most other versions are £600+ so it had to be bought, just need a dark visor now for the summer as me shades just mist up!

Can the Filth still do ya for a Darkie if you have a clear strap on! :D
