I am supervised PB as they are traders on here have not come on here and put in a comment? Is it worth moving to the PB board so they can be more aware of this and have their say if they visit?
I've never told PB that I'm on the forum so they probably don't know to be fare? I've emailed Brett this morning so we will see what response we get?
I have just had a very positive response from power bronze, I'm going to refit tonight just to be sure it's not my fitting skills, then send it back for replacement, just what you want to hear from a manufacturer.
I understand but like most traders they do come on here and would have thought that if members are having issues then they would be free to give the support etc...

Well the hugger has gone back, Brett at PB is going to try it on their blade and if its not right it will be replaced with a new one, however they are out of stock so i will have to wait until they restock? Fare enough.
Here we go again, Tuesday I received my replacement hugger and straight away the quality of the carbon looks much better, however, the fittings and brackets are for a non ABS but the hugger shell is for an ABS. Emailed PB with no response so I called them, we will send another kit, sorted. NO they now want pictures of the hugger shell to ensure it is indeed correct, even though the label clearly indicates ABS version. I've now sent the pics and await their response. I'm sick to the back teeth with Power bronze
